Low Level Oil Sprayer
Designed for the automated application of Oil to the surfaces of the Dough Tubs and chutes.
These machines are usually installed within the mixers gated enclosure.
- Single or Twin Mixer
- Pneumatic or Electro-Mechanical Options
- Integrated Safety circuit
- Controlled low application levels
- Double Pass/Additional Nozzles Options
- PLC Controlled
The main aim of these automated systems is to provide control for the application of oil to the internal surfaces of dividers and dough hoppers/bowls.
When these operations are carried out manually, the oil weights can be inconsistent – Excess levels of applied oil can cause holes in the dough. Equally, too little oil can cause damage to the coatings of the hopper/divider, not to mention the dough sticking!
Slip hazards from spillages are also a frequent concern when the lubrication is carried out manually – with Health and Safety a responsibility for every business, it makes more sense to prevent the spillages, than to clean them up.
Our low level machines typically have a throughput of 0.74l/m and as the Spray times are PLC controlled you can put as little or as much Oil as required. Or add a Double Pass Switch for ‘sticky’ Wholemeal or Brown Dough.
Our spray tips are selected to produce a uniform distribution of small to medium size drops. The patterns have tapered edges to provide even spray coverage between the two nozzles.
Typical Application weights:
3 Second Pass (Fluid Pressure 60psi) = 33g
5 Second Pass (Fluid Pressure 60psi) = 55g
Our Low Level Machines our designed with safety in mind, they operate in a guarded area, with safety interlocks from your mixer.
Stopping the machine if the guards are removed or the gate is opened.
